We were looking through our upcoming orders due for despatch next week and randomly came across an order that was 4 days overdue! We looked at it and had never seen it before. We always order according to despatch date (those due out soonest at the top) and use the App and Desktop versions every day. It’s never made its way up the list to be seen on either phone nor laptop. It’s also not appearing in the ‘overdue’ list.
We never ever send orders late, so it’s incredibly frustrating but Etsy are so far denying it’s a glitch and insist it’s our error and it’s ’just been missed’. The fact it’s on the second page of orders after orders due later and not appearing with an ‘overdue’ filter says otherwise 😂 The order has cleared and isn’t being investigated for payment as far as we can see.
Has anyone had this before?
