Help me!!

I am completely new to getting a ball python I haven’t ordered it yet but I need to see enclosure inspirations and what I need to buy for it, I’ve recently had a grey rat snake that I caught from around my house and I’ve looked a little and I saw that the enclosure terrain is very different, I would like to know what to buy,the humidity, temperatures and stuff. Please tell me!!!

Bearded iris(please help!)

Ive been trying to get my iris flowers to bloom and grow but i know nothing about them, the last time they bloomed was about 6 years ago and im wondering if all the leaves on top of the soil is why the haven’t but i need tips and tricks about them , hit me with all your advice!
