Question, they keep kicking my background back for additional information. My in laws are now naturalized citizens for over 40 plus years. They are asking for their naturalization number, I have contacted my in laws and they aren’t very forthcoming or willing to give me this information. I tried calling the CBP number that called me and told me it got sent back but I can not get ahold of anyone. Do you have any idea who I can call or a number?
