I’m waiting on my BI to clear, I passed my poly and I am super anxious for it to clear and I already want my final offer. I know people are different but I’m impatient lol. Can I call anyone or do I just simply wait? And when I get the offer, do they call or email ?

Everything is passed and ready to go, although my medical is the last thing. I had taken it many months ago and it is the only thing that is still “in process”.

I am getting married in November, when you receive a FJO my question is are you able to delay it at all?

I am worried if I get a FJO soon I will not be able to accept the job and I will probably have to re apply.

Im moving pretty quick in the process and i cleared my fitness in one day, medical in two days, but drug still says processing for over a week. Anyone with this experience?

So I reapplied. Most everything I had from last year transferred over. All I’m waiting for is to take my poly and my background investigation. I’m really hoping that everything goes smooth. I don’t really have a question as I somewhat know what the process is like. Just thought I’d post something about my process

So what I mean it how much time do they give me to figure out my living situation, do you get any type of help such as areas that are for new hires that are coming out of town that are possibly at a cheaper rate or something. Do you get any loan help if you need to get a house. I have about 5000 dollars saved up but I’m sure that won’t be enough to get myself and my stuff out there plus have enough to put a down payment on a house.

Out of curiosity, curious if anyone was 35+ at the time of their application? After graduating college w a CJ degree (and anticipating an LEO career) but spending the last 15 years in insurance sales, I'm probably one of the oldest applicants considering this career change, but wondering if there are any/many "older" applicants? 👴🏻

On a side note, anyone with kids that attended FLETC, if you're willing to share some insight, please send me a DM!

Anyone have an idea of how long after the BI they will send me a final offer? I've been in process for like 2yrs already and really want to get this going.

How long does it take for adjudicators to make a decision after background fieldwork is submitted and polygraph is passed. For reference I’m 20 with a clean and short background.

Hello all,

I was given a date to do my medical and fitness but my current employer denied my Time Off.

I sent an email on 02JUL asking to be rescheduled and I still have not received a response. I’m scheduled to do the medical and fitness on 09JUL.

Any input on this is appreciated.

For those who have been successfully through FLETC, how many if any people did you see not pass the final pt exam and get recycled ?

Is getting “recycled” a thing ? Or do you get terminated ? Just trying to gain some insight on how all of this works since my so is going through the process.

25-12 finally got the pass for my background and now waiting on my medical. I sent all my paperwork for the follow up yesterday. praying I get the FJO soon 🙏🤞
