I just received a tentative offer from CBP Agriculture Specialist. I’m also in the process for CBPO. Can anybody tell me the difference between the two money wise.

I message the woman who did my background investigation to get an update and her only response was I do not have an update for you. Mind you the investigation started almost 6 months ago. I’ve also contacted CBP and got the generic response for background information.
Is there anyone I can reach out to see if the background investigator is done with their part bc this investigator refuses to tell me if she’s done or not.
