I know that promotion is not automatic, but just curious in terms of promotion, what is likely to get promoted once it hits the time. Is it hard or its more than likely as you meet performance

Wondering if anyone has worked their way up to a high GS level, and what that's like and how long it took?
I am currently getting a TJO for 2005 as supply tech GS-6, but I realize that for this career path, the job duties are relevant at a 7/9 role. However, when I look at GS-11 or even higher like in logistics. Its totally differnt duties compare to lower GS level.
So has anyone working this this filed? How would work my up in a right way?
just curious, if I had a TJO and thr agency have hiring freeze. I still follow up with HR.

I submit a BAH back pay request. It asked for official proof of rent payments (such as cancelled checks, bank statements, or electronic transaction receipts) covering the entire retroactive timeframe.
I live with my parents, but the issues is during my training time I did pay my Dad rent. Is there any way I can provide a proof of paymeng even its make up?

As a veteran, I am currently studying and getting my CDL A to work as a CDL A Driver.
But I don't want to do a driver job forever, though. maybe working 2-3 years.
I still have VRE and the GI Bill left, I am wondering as CDL A driver even as OTR, are you able to finish an online master's degree as same time? or you maybe have to work as a regional driver to have time to do college? Does CDL company have a tuition reimbursement program for college?

Hello everyone, I am 5 years U.S Navy veteran in Logistic specialist and currently joined Army Reserve as an 88M.
I recently hear veteran mentioned about UPS apprentice program, but when I opened the website, there were basically military intake forms to fill out, and that's it.
Any one here/veterans can help me out? I am interested in starting a career at UPS. But I dont know a way get in
I just had an interview with an interviewer. And this is a very conversational and informal interview, I feel like. He seems very nice, and he asked very politely and slowly. He said what I basically do as my background in the military, and then he will explain what the job to me. And he ask some very simple questions like whats my strength, ask more details what I did/ my experience.
And he clarify to me you know you have to move on your own for this job, and I said yes.
He also asked what my availability is to start.
Are these some good signs? I see this job say have few vacancies, but i dont know how many is few.
I also see the email in CC with the other two people, probably other candidates

Curious with my currently disability letter there are only like mental and joints. on the CBPO medical question forms it ask Have you ever had, or are you currently being treated for any other illness or injury not already mentioned. Should I put it that my IBS? its not on my disability letter yet but I have treatment and diagosis

So I am navy veteran currently joined Army reserve in 88M. I am waiting for the Miltech job(Currently hiring freeze) that might take one year maybe not, also applying to other federal job currently.
I plan to get my CDL A as a bridge to my current unemployment. Should I just try and go with miltary waiver, or apply as normal route.
