Hi,
I have found myself in a situation where an insurance company has let someone buy a vehicle insurance (OC) under my name for a car which later resulted in issuing a mandate of more than 8k PLN by UFG (insurance guarantee fund). Long story short, I have been cleared off by UFG after submitting all required documents. Now that the case is closed by them, I would like to sue that insurance company for the hassle I had to go through for the past two years. I would like to ask the people of reddit about your opinion and experience about such cases. Is it even a right decision to sue them? If yes, can someone suggest me any lawyer or law firm who would agree to take the case on a commission basis? TIA
