My 240 has been at the shop for the rear suspension sound that happens over small bumps at slower speeds. BMW has even released a bulletin fix for it.

For the second time they claim they cannot hear anything, and attribute it to “burbles”, as if I don’t know what a burble is. The first time they said it was my golf clubs. Yeah ok.

They can just keep claiming they don’t hear anything. How do I have them fix this? Been an issue since new.
