I checked in to a hotel a couple weeks ago and was charged a $250 deposit fee. They said it would be released the day I checked out. A couple days later after checking out, I see $200 for in my bank account. I called the hotel and they said there was no charge for my stay and that they released the $250 hold. I called my bank and said they can’t find the transaction of $250. I explain to them how it was a hold not a charge and they still say they can’t find it. What should I do?
