I need your opinion about row houses sa Naic, Cavite

So may pre-selling na 1-storey house ako nakita, 50sqm yon land, and 32sqm flr area for less than 1M - 800k I think yon TCP + Pag-ibig 6% interest - payable ng 25yrs (3,400/mo amortization).

Nasa mid-30s na kami ng bf ko and currently renting somewhere sa QC ng 10k a month (including na lahat)

Kahit ma turn-over sa amin yon house, di pa kami titira don, siguro every weekend lang kasi ang work is nasa Metro Manila. Purpose ng house is for retirement which is let's say 30yrs from now.

So ang problem ko is, hndi ba maluluma agad yon bahay pag nandon lang? ofc ipapa-renovate namin yon one at a time. Pero reasonable kaya yon plano namin?

Introvert kami ni partner, and dont have plans for kids. More on, security lang na meron kami pupuntahan pag matanda na kami. Or one of us nawalan ng work.
