Question for the 100% Sleep Score Achievers:

If you've had your WHOOP for long enough, you'll remember that sleep score used to be strictly hours vs need. If you hit your need, you got 100%. Now obviously they triangulate it between that metric along with consistency and efficiency (with sleep stress also seemingly playing a role in the formula).

I asked this in response to a post earlier, but I'd very interested to open it up to all. For those of you who have gotten a 100% sleep score, what were your individual subparts scored at to reach it? I assume they do not have to all hit 100 as I've gotten to 99 with a 99/90/94 split in and other similar combinations.

Appreciate the feedback!

Today I hit 3000 recoveries. I’m sure there are some of you out there with more - but maybe not many. Anyone here rocking this shiny diamond badge?

I’m no superstar athlete (or anything near it). Just a guy in my early 40s trying to stay in somewhat decent shape. In early 2017 I read an article about NBA players trying to smuggle this funky new fitness tracker into games under sweatbands. It sounded interesting and I found a deal so I pulled the trigger.

Been a Whoop member since March of that year. Seen 2.0 through 5.0. There’s been a few stretches where I’ve taken a break or have had a sensor go bad and needed to wait for replacement. But I’ve more or less been on the train for 9 straight years. And I’ve gotten a ton of value from the experience despite the various imperfections.

To high strains and green recoveries! 🥂
