Can’t upgrade from rank 9 to rank 10.
Is this because of the upcoming proto cost update? My gear shift is rank 9 at 100% but the upgrade is locked and greyed out. I have enough cores and didn’t have it equipped to upgrade it. Anyone hit this roadblock or have any answers?
