I see a lot of advice online focused on cutting expenses: skip coffee, budget harder, save more, etc. But at the same time, others argue that increasing your income (new job, side hustle, skills) has a much bigger impact long term.
For people who’ve tried both:
What made the biggest difference for you?
Is there a point where saving more just isn’t worth the effort anymore?
Or do you think most people underestimate how much they can cut back?
