MW on Weapon or Crit strike dmg? Also temper for crit or dmg per overpower?

Casual player here. Overall quite mediocre gear follwing Rob's 200T build. Currently 67% crit chance WITH the current crit chance roll. Want to make sure before i transfigure (+socket and imprint before ofc..).

Also, should I look into any other build for the WW w/ Selig?
