I got my Max G3 on June 26th and initially I was so happy and excited when I got it that I didn't think to check for something like this...the motor doesn't accelerate correctly, it comes in waves rather than a singular unified hum. It's not traction control or software related, it's simply faulty....now I'm going through RMA with Segway to send it back for them to fix. It's a damn shame, it feels wobbly and unsafe to ride as a result. I would have thought they'd have better quality control but I suppose these things are bound to happen...

I recently bought the Segway Max G3. I'm very excited to start riding it but while I've been waiting for it to arrive I've been looking at other reputable brands like Niu and Apollo. How does Apollo stack against Segway, specifically the Explore 2.0 against the Max G3? Any advice from other Segway users?

I'm new to Segways, I ordered a Max G3 a few days ago and I'm interested in extending the range of the battery either through upgrading to a GT3 battery or the 48v external battery pack. Both are out of stock on the website, how would I go about getting either of these things? Much appreciated 🙏🏻
