Out of nowhere, my max G3 accelerates slowly and won’t allow boost! What could the problem be?

My ninebot E3 pro is in service

I got a segway ninebot E3 pro recently, did 51km of road in 8 days total. We decided to go fishing with my friend the other day( he had his own bike ) and I only had time to charge it until it was 75 percent. Now, I'm 60 kilograms and we used a straight bike lane continously. Normally the packacing says 40km range with 25kmh speed so even if I used sport mode the whole ride it shouldve lasted 30 km, more realistically 25km or a little more according to my calculations, but after using the scooter for 11 kilometers, it ran out of charge on the way back home. I was and am pretty convinced there is a problem with a scooter so I demanded a refund. What do you guys think? Will I get a refund or nah, or maybe its my fault in some way?

Came with my g3 max stem replacement straight from warranty, any ideas?

Hey folks! Does anyone know what these decorative rubber spacers on E3 handlebars are called? One of mine's gone missing so I'd like to replace it. Thank you!

So i habe a little "problem" with my g3 max.

I am in Germany and i cant update my scooter anymore.

There is no LC installed, i removed it

Now you see by the pics that something smells off.

Hello everyone! I got my scooter about 2 weeks ago and I am loving it so far. The only accessory I have right now is a phone holder. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for upgrades for the G3 Max that they found worth the money? As of right now, I am considering purchasing (in order of priority):

- Segways official External battery
- Segways Fast Charger
- Electric Tire Inflator (anyone know a good one?)
- Underglow kit (I want RGBs; not sure where to find)

Any/all recommendations or tips are appreciated!
