Hey folks! Does anyone know what these decorative rubber spacers on E3 handlebars are called? One of mine's gone missing so I'd like to replace it. Thank you!

Hey all! I bought a second hand 4K Samsung UA40KU6000W, and I can't get the remote (RMCTPF1AP1) to pair with it. I've tried holding return/guide and pressing the pair button, but neither option seems to work. I'm starting to think this isn't the correct remote for the TV. Any thoughts? Thank you! 🙂‍↕️
