Frustrating about my job hunting for almost a month now.
Hello! I want to rant my frustration here since it's been a month now when I was eyeing for a job. I tried to applied through different job apps: Bossjob, LinkedIn, Jora Jobs, Jobstreet, Glassdoors and Indeed. Even when I saw a job hiring ad on FB I would send them an email right away, and will attach my Curriculum Vitae.
It's just that some of companies that I applied to they didn't accept me, even though it was align with my course, skills, and work experiences, other than that iyong iba they will sent me an invite me for initial interview hanggang final interview tapos its been weeks wala akong response sa HR about the update of my application with them. They want and prefer iyong may years of experiences (and I truly understand), at iyong iba naman papaasahin ka talaga.
Last month April I left my job with the reason may maniac sa workplace, toxic environment, at wala pang proper 1 hour meal (gusto nila pagkatapos mong kumain balik ka kaagad sa trabaho).
I took Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and meron akong mga experiences with Hospitality Industry. I am able to work in Hotel as (Front Desk Personnel, Concierge, F&B Attendant, and Room Attendant), sa Restos naman (Food Server or either Kitchen Staff, at sa Cafes (Barista).
To anyone na same ko ng course at ng work experiences I would like to ask kung saan kayo nakahanap ng work? Gusto ko lang malaman kung saan mga company/ies ang hiring ngayon na pwede direct na pumunta? Salamat!
Sana makahanap na ako ng work this month at sa mga katulad ko na naghahanap rin. Ayoko ng ganito lang at sobrang hirap ng sitwasyon sa totoo lang! :(
