I recently started working as an analog design engineer

Please suggest me , if I want to be a good analog design engineer ( let say 3-4 years )

How should I prepare , like there are too many things, too many sources,

Please help me organising things..

That what are the most important basics...

Where I should focus...and how I should plan ...
