I've tried washing it with clarifying shampoo 3 times and not only did it not work, all it did was make some of the excess powder go into my hair making it feel crunchy. I've tried brushing it out didn't work. I've tried using conditioner to get it out didn't work.

When I pull my hair apart I can my scalp looks really white cuz of the powder. I don't know what to do, can someone help?
