Hello, now that school is over I can focus on the gym and my fitness goals.

\- lift 4-5x a week
\- cardio 5-6x a week
\- eat healthier ( avoid sugar, processed foods)
\- I wanna run another marathon ( this is up in the air)
\- mental wellness
what we should do
\- morning check in ( what you want to accomplish)
\- nightly check in ( did you accomplish what you set out for today, if not, why?)
honestly, I want a partnership where we can talk about our struggles and our wins. or anything really. I don’t want it to be some robotic check in. I want to see you do well and I want it to be mutual.
