Hello, now that school is over I can focus on the gym and my fitness goals.

goals

\- lift 4-5x a week
\- cardio 5-6x a week
\- eat healthier ( avoid sugar, processed foods)
\- I wanna run another marathon ( this is up in the air)
\- mental wellness

what we should do

\- morning check in ( what you want to accomplish)
\- nightly check in ( did you accomplish what you set out for today, if not, why?)

honestly, I want a partnership where we can talk about our struggles and our wins. or anything really. I don’t want it to be some robotic check in. I want to see you do well and I want it to be mutual.

I have been sort of itching to play again. I would mostly love to play tft and grind the pass. I just finished this semester and I’m EST time zone. My work schedule is being shifted around and I should be available after 5pm weekdays and 7-8pm on weekends.

I use to main ADC and sup. I really enjoyed top too. I would play SR/ARAMs. Please be patient with me since I haven’t played in a while. If you’re new we could learn together.

I lowkey mostly wanna play tft and aram here and there. But if you wanna practice bot I think that’ll be fun too. I’m open to anything. Just dm me an intro about urself pls.
