I’ve been stuck at home for quite a while and am trying to rebuild structure and consistency in my life. I’m dealing with some ongoing mental and physical health struggles, and I’ve realised I function much better with accountability instead of trying to manage everything alone.

Looking for an accountability partner for:

  • job applications / tracking
  • skill building and studying
  • exercise + healthier eating
  • maintaining a more structured daily routine

Would prefer someone who’s also actively trying to improve their life or get back on track in some way.

I’m thinking simple daily or alternate-day check-ins, probably using a shared Google Sheet to track goals/tasks/habits.

Preferably female since I’m more comfortable that way, but not mandatory.

23F | EST, U.S. | Looking to stay consistent with step goal, reading and prioritizing

Hi everyone! Just turned 23 and am based in an east coast city.

My main goals are to: hit 8k steps a day, read 20 minutes a day and do more hobbies instead of doomscrolling. I really love to read sci-fi books and most of my hobbies are crafty/creative (embroidery, drawing, clay, etc).

What I am looking for: Ideally another girl in their 20s with similar goals and if possible similar lifestyle.
While I would ofc want to be friendly, I am not expecting a deeper friendship out of this. Open to messaging on here at first but would prefer discord long term.

Hey, I'm looking for a rather chill study partner, but chill doesn't mean not studying at all lmao, I envision study blocks (increasing progressively) I don't mind what field you are in tbh, you shouldn't too I guess? 🤔 So for starting we'd have a morning block then afternoon (initially) to fix timings, oh so it's more of an accountability partner thing.

Hi! I’m 23F from India and I’m looking for an accountability/motivation buddy around the age of 23–25 who’s also trying to improve their life consistently.

I have ADHD, so one of my biggest struggles is staying consistent with routines, fitness, healthy eating, and avoiding the all-or-nothing mindset. I usually start strong, then lose momentum, get overwhelmed, and spiral a bit.

Right now I’m focusing on:
- Weight loss & healthier eating
- Building sustainable routines
- Improving discipline/consistency

Looking for an accountability partner who is genuinely serious about changing their life through discipline and consistency.

Age range preferably 21–25. Gender doesn’t matter.

My priorities right now are:

- Studies first priority → 8–10 hours of pure studying daily

(measured through stopwatch/study timer; breaks won’t count)

- Fitness → 45 mins to 1 hour exercise daily

- Diet discipline → following a proper diet chart consistently

- Screen time control → max 2 hours/day

We’ll share daily proof of progress:

- health app step counter / gym pics / workout proof

- diet chart updates / meal accountability

And very important:

I do NOT want a passive “send proof and disappear” type of partner.

I want an actual accountability partner.

If I slack off or fail a target, I want someone who will call it out, ask why, and hold me accountable instead of saying “it’s okay” every time. I’ll do the same for you.

At the same time, I’m not aggressive or robotic about genuine personal situations. If you occasionally have a bad day or something personal affects your performance, I don’t mind listening. I just don’t want excuses to become a pattern.

Also, please don’t message if your “studying” is casually fitting 2–3 hours around a corporate job/lifestyle. Nothing against that, but our goals probably won’t align.

I’m specifically looking for someone preparing for competitive exams where the pressure is real — preferably govt exams like UPSC, SSC, etc. Someone who’s genuinely locked in and treating this phase seriously.

No flirting, unnecessary chatting, trauma dumping, or wasting time.

Strictly goal-oriented accountability.

Hi! I’m a nursing student from the Philippines looking for a daily check-in buddy to help motivate each other to complete daily goals.

My daily goals usually include working out, minimal household tasks, and schoolwork.

I’m hoping for a sestup where we:

Most of my focus is on studying, but I also like tracking habits like daily exercise and routines.

I have had one amazing accountability buddy from this subreddit, and the setup worked really well for me. We stopped because I got super busy, and she didn't need an accountability buddy anymore. That said, I’m committed to staying consistent with check-ins and keeping each other accountable.

Preferences (flexible):

  • No strong gender preference, but I tend to get along more easily with girls
  • College student or in a similar life stage

Hi! I’m diagnosed with OCD, ADHD, and co-morbid anxiety. My life honestly isn’t terrible at all, but there are patterns within myself I want to constantly work on. Overthinking, emotional spirals, rumination, attachment to outcomes, being too affected by things outside my control, etc.

The current theme of my life is resilience.

Lately I’ve been trying to learn more about stoicism- philosophy of emotional steadiness, perspective, self-control, acceptance, discipline, and learning how to move through discomfort without mentally collapsing into it.

I want to become calmer, mentally stronger, less reactive, and more grounded in who I am regardless of external circumstances.

Hi. I started something for myself called project 2:22 (it has a backstory). The goal is to reach my fullest potential in every aspect:

-Run 4 times a week (I have a half marathon 31st May)

-Lift 5 times a week.

-Boxing at least 2 times a week

-Good diet

-Starting to build my clothing brand.

How to support?

-Set our day goal and check in at the end of the day. Keep in mind I work evenings (4pm-midnight)
