How often were you randomly tested on court supervision? I know i need to cut back on my drinking, but having to fully stop for the duration if I want to go out with some friends is a reality im willing to take. But is going to be hard non the less.
I just received my first dui in IL and my lawyer states that I am guaranteed an Mddp. I was pulled over after going to the bar to celebrate my birthday and decided to not ask for a ride like an dumb ass. They pulled me over for a headlight being out and decided to be even dumber and not blow.
My question is when the MDDP begins?
I recently got my first dui for operating under the influence with alcohol. I live in Illinois and had improperly stored weed and a hitter that was found after the impoundement of my car. Am I likely to get 2 now because of that? Or just a fine for improperly stored substance?
