I got a couple from amazon based on a Reddit recommendation. If you haven’t tried them, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I am in tears knowing that something can finally make me feel the super intense high-like satisfaction that I feel when picking that doesn’t also come with the guilt and shame and medical issues of slowly destroying my body!! LIFE CHANGING. These may not be perfect, I’m sure they will get microplastics everywhere and not sure how long it will take to go through them, but I was just so skeptical that I could ever find something to satisfy my picking urges other than some body focused destructive behavior, and now that I know it’s possible with something that isn’t harming me I feel a huge weight has been lifted.
