Found this old caricature watercolor/ink drawing, can anyone identify the artist or signature?

Picked up this framed caricature drawing recently. It appears to be watercolor and ink on a thick cardboard, showing a man cooking over a fire. There’s a faded signature and possibly a date in the lower corner, but I can’t fully make it out.
Any ideas about the artist, signature, period, or style?

Found this piece at a flea market and I’m trying to figure out who the artist might be. It’s signed “Rademeyer ’76” and looks like an original ink and watercolor (wash) drawing rather than a print. the paper and aging seem consistent with something from the 1970s. I included photos of it both framed (as I found it) and after I took it out of the frame, plus a close-up of the signature. On the back of the artwork itself there are a couple of pencil notes that say “frame 2nd” and “white,”. I haven’t been able to find a clear match for the artist online, so I’m wondering if this could be a lesser-known or regional artist, or maybe a student work. Any help identifying the artist or pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.
