Good morning y'all. So for the past few days the power in my home has been flickering. like the living rooms light will dim for a few seconds then come back up. This morning, my kitchen light completely turned off for 3 seconds or so and then came back on. What gives? I live off of Cheney by Young's animal hospital in Titusville. Anyone else having these issues?
