Designer/ Freelancer advice
Hi everyone, I need some advice from freelancers, especially designers in Pakistan.
I graduated last year and have been actively applying for jobs ever since, but unfortunately I haven't received any full-time offers yet. During university, I completed two internships, and a few months ago I did another internship as well. All of them were unpaid, and two were remote.
I'm at a point where I want to become financially independent and stop relying on my parents for money. Since the job search hasn't been successful so far, I'm seriously considering freelancing.
I actually created a Fiverr account few years ago, but I never posted any gigs or used it properly. For those of you who started freelancing in Pakistan, how did you get your first client? Which platforms would you recommend besides Fiverr? How to get started as a design freelancer? How long it took you to get your first project?
If anyone can share their journey or explain the process, it would really help me.
