If you'd had about 5Cr for investment and start a buisness in Delhi NCR as a end product manufacturer, What would you choose?

Hi! my father is in the agricultural business, I have been researching various opportunities, that mainly include manufacturing and recycling.

In the coming years we're looking to invest in a new challenge, meanwhile I'm here to ask for your views, and ideas, if any, we could discuss!

Hit my first "reality check"

Hi guys,

I'm 19M and now have been trying to contribute to my father's business for a couple weeks now,

About last year, my father set up a plastic recycling plant, and everything seemed to follow up until we were hit by our "Development authorities" and it turns out according to their new plan, the land was now meant for 'gramin vikas yojna' and have to empty it out,

It's been quite a few months since then, we're unable to find any land for our project,

Land approved according to the development authority now is very overpriced, not even promising proper electricity and transportation sources, moreover would still require bribes to complete the verification on time

If we move out of the Development projects, we suffer due to high travel costs and remote area of operations, that too at exorbitant rates.

The worst part is, neither the government is gonna invest on the land, and is non cooperative to anything we throw at it,

Most of the industrial land around my city has been auctioned and sold to Adani enterprises, and another large real estate company.

I now feel helpless and unsure what to do next, my brain has literally hit a full stop.
