I want to get a Shih Tzu mix in the future, is this ethical?

Hi All! I just moved to a new apartment with lots of space and I'll be working from home so I've been thinking about getting a puppy soon. I definitely want a Shih Tzu and ideally I was looking at Shih Tzu mixes because I really love the Shih Tzu personality but feel really sad about their scrunched faces and breathing issues.

I had a Shih Tzu Bichon mix growing up and she was perfect. Perfect personality, perfect breathing, and overall perfect health. She lived for 18 years.

But when I've been doing my own research recently I've come upon the realization that mixes are not bred by reputable breeders.

Is this true?

If so would it be wrong for me to look for a Shih Tzu mix from a breeder?

If not where would I even start my search for a reputable breeder, most of the good ones I've found so far only breed purebreds.

I know when it comes for mixes people suggest to adopt not shop but I really want a puppy that I can raise, my boyfriend and I would treat it like our baby and its really hard to find Shih Tzu puppies at the shelter.

I recently moved into an apartment that uses Fetch. Its basically a third party delivery service where I have my packages shipped to their warehouse and they deliver it straight to my apartment door. I'm pretty sure my apartment does it because we don't have a mailroom and there were previous issues with packages being regularly stollen from the lobby. My question is, do people normally tip the drivers? If so how much? Since we just moved in we've been ordering a lot of packages and I'm starting to feel bad for the Fetch workers but also the packages are dropped at my door so its kind of hard for me to catch them to thank them. Should I assume that since the apartment provides this service free of charge they compensate the Fetch drivers appropriately?
