I also have to throw in there, growing up I felt more so groomed into being a person of solitude. Rather than it actually being my character, it became that in a way. I’m the youngest sibling and you can kind of do with that what you will.

I have a low level of understanding this chart and besides what’s going on now, I’d like to understand it for myself as well and how to get better moving forward, any advice is great advice.
