I bought my first car off facebook marketplace and I /think/ that what I've ended up with are locking lug nuts? I don't have anything resembling a 'key' anywhere in the car and I need to change my tires :(.

Do any of you know what I need to get to change the tires here? I have everything else (jack, torque wrench, normal not-evil sockets, my desired tire...). If it means anything this is on a 2017 ford focus.
