Hi everyone! I am looking into housing in Maastricht and I have seen that theres a lot of places in Belgium, but I was wondering how do students register to the municipality as a student if they live in Belgium?

hii everyone, i am planning to study iro in leiden uni but i want to live in leiden not den haag. what are your opinions on the city? is there a good night life and how easy is it to travel to den haag for classes?
