This technique gives the user the physical stats of 100 people e.g. speed strength durability stamina etc.the user can activate it and each activation lasts for 50 minutes, the technique can be activated twice in a day but if used twice will cause muscle damage.
The main drawback of this technique is that whenever it's activated a 100 random people die but the user can choose what demographic of people die e.g. the user can choose 100 random death row inmates to die,the user has to say who he picks while using it or it will just kill 100 random people.
