I shuffle waterfall-style (like they shuffle at casinos), and there are maybe a dozen cards that I often see when I cut the deck in half between shuffles (king of cups, 6oS, ace of swords, ace of wands, the empress, hierophant, fool, world, moon, high priestess).

They show up in my readings often overall, but the cards I see while shuffling usually don’t end up appearing in the specific spread I’m shuffling for.

Does this mean anything or happen for others?

I also tend to pull these cards more than others, but oftentimes I see them when shuffling and don’t pull them for that specific spread.

Does this mean anything or happen for others? Not sure how common it is for people to shuffle waterfall-style but I’m curious about why it happens
