Wtf is with APM here

So yesterday I get this message

“Hi XXXX, our records show you may not have met an obligation. Contact us on 1800276932 to discuss why you missed an obligation and any steps you need to take. Your JobSeeker Payment will go on hold in 5 business days if you don't meet your obligation or talk to us. Check your Workforce Australia inbox for more information.”

I sent an email to the APM consultant a day prior to an appointment as it was double booked at different times. I also requested to reschedule clearly stating the times I was available. I then had to resend the email because the consultants email wasn’t ‘active’ or in other words their turnover rate engaged. I then resent the email to the one quoted in the automated ‘this address isn’t active’ email. On the day of the appointment I called twice because I hadn’t heard back, no answer on the phone. Then I get the above text message, left another voice mail because I find it ironic that all I’m trying to do is communicate to these people. Sure enough I try to ring back this morning, again no answer.

Do I literally have to storm in there just for someone to acknowledge me or something? Good thing I have a paper trail for this nonsense.
