Westside has the worst customer service, honestly such cheap tacky & shady behaviour was not expected from a brand like this, I ordered 3 dresses, received only 1, 2nd was damaged and haven't received the 3rd, they are avoiding my calls and there's no way to get a refund or a exchange because there's no option to do so, I called, emailed but they are unresponsive, the cherry on top is that I have to go the store for THEIR MISTAKES and get what as refund ? Fucking store credit as refund which I don't even want ..... Seriously if anyone is planning on to buy anything from westside, do it on your own risk
