Should I make her a preset?

Hey everyone! I noticed that my grandma’s dog has very short and crooked teeth in her lower jaw. She’s only turning 4 and I don’t think they should look like that. Any idea what caused this and is there a way to fix her teeth or are they just like that for good? I’m concerned she may not be able to chew properly and she had stomach issues before. What should I do?
