We took this out of the box and plugged it in and it does not power up. Every time you plug it in you can hear a very faint clicking sound inside the machine. Keurig will not stand behind it because we purchased it over a year ago, but it has been in the box .We were waiting for our old one to die. Keurig offered me a discount on a new one but I would sure rather have this one working. Can anybody help?
