Hi. When I use my refillable K-Cups, they are pretty hot when the brewing is done. It's kind of uncomfortable removing them right away, but sometimes you need to do it, like if someone else wants to use the Keurig right away. So my question...
If you are removing a refillable K-Cup when it's hot, how do you do it?

I’m currently using the InFusio 96 pack because I like most of the flavors and I like bulk variety, but I’d like more quality coffee (and yes I know, real coffee would be the best quality). I’m looking for convenience as well.

I have a keurig that's probably 10 years old. This bad boy has started to pour hot water from the white piece above the water tank instead of the actual dispensing area.
Is it possible to fix at home? If not, not the end of the world. But would like to save if possible. Thanks!
I have a K-Brew and Chill, I have had it since June of last year and I have used it once but there is still water in the internal chill tank, I want to start using it again but I know that water is not safe to use. How do I clean the internal chill tank and get all the old year old water out??
After returning 2 new keurigs from Costco last month because they quit working, my husband ordered 1 off the website, older model we had before, after receiving it realized it was wrong one and wanted to return to order correct model , spent a hour on customer service where they were insisting we were unable to return because we did not have order number, after threating to file a complaint with my bank , they miraculously found the order number and sent instructions to return, after going to fedex, ups and usps I found it would cost around $51 for shipping ( price increases due to gas) so I guess we will keep it , but lesson learned not to buy from their website
I am not seeing my model here so I thought I’d make a post. I can’t seem to get this thing to descale. I added vinegar and water. I’ve tried pressing the 8oz and 12oz at the same time but nothing lights up. I can’t even run 6oz because it cuts off. What am I doing wrong?
My fairly new 'smart' brewer lost its cloud connection/wifi and now, despite all types of troubleshooting, factory resets and app data deletions, it just doesn't work, moreover, it developed an annoying pattern of wasting pods, brewing an ounce or two of my Starbucks Veranda then suddenly throwing an error, forcing me to throw away a perfectly good pod it can't use for whatever reason, pour out the brew, wash the cup then use another pod. It doesn't happen every time but, out of 10 cups, 2 will fail.
Now, something I didn't expect was Keurig's customer service being bad, which it is, I'd actually go as far as to say that their customer is pure, unadulterated CRAP! Can't even call it "garbage" because it would be seriously unfair to garbage, since it can still serve a purpose, unlike Keurig's customer service department...
Who knew that after TWO DECADES of buying their overpriced coffee and brewers, the one time I actually needed them to step in and help me they would just ignore me and/or try to convince me to purchase another one of their shitty brewers instead of fixing or exchanging the barely used, broken piece of shit one that they already sold me?!
I blame myself in this situation because something possessed me to replace my old but functioning Elite brewer with this connected newer one, it was the biggest mistake I ever made, coffee-wise, either that or getting involved with Keurig in the first place.
Do NOT buy their smart brewers friends, I didn't do any research and had no idea that they fail so often, make this a learning experience and stay away!!!
Bought this a few weeks ago from Costco, and the pressure setting occasionally works. Tried pulling out cup piece and cleaning, cleaning needles, but nothing works. It'll just randomly work sometimes.
And also, if you use a filter with your own grounds you can't use the pressure setting ever - that only works with pods.
Also has no strength adjustment.
So it's going back today - silly gadget.
So. I understand it's a subscription and you have to order 12 boxes within 12 months. The first set of 4 boxes are discounted.
How much do the next auto delivery cost? Are you able to use coupons or are they full price?
I love my Keurig with BrewID. I have had for two or three years. It has worked on nearly every pod that has the item code on it. Recently Peet's Major Dickson's Reserve came out with a new label. Not a single pod has been read successfully.
I looked at the app and on the non-existent support on keurig.com but no luck. Anyone know of a firmware update or reset of some kind that might help. Surely they tested them thoroughly before making the change?
It is so aggravating trying to use the app. If I want to make a cup of coffee using the app, the app sticks and won’t open. BUT, If I am just playing around to see if anything new is up with Keurig, the app opens right away. Why did I spend the extra money to upgrade to a Keurig that is supposed to be smart, yet proves that it is actually dumb?!?!
