Hi guys, I'm new to the whole K2 branch and wanted to contribute my 2 cents to the probably most asked upgrade/fix/feature.
I stumbled upon CampbellFabrications archived fork for k2-improvements a while back and I've been using it as a base for my K2 base model.
Since I needed to add USB webcam support anyway I figured I'd clean it up and share it.
What it does:
- Installs Fluidd + Moonraker (kept upstream from Jacob10383's work)
- Fixes the stock chamber cam to 25fps instead of the default 15
- Adds optional USB webcam support via go2rtc — I'm using a Logitech C270, auto-detected on /dev/video2 so no manual config needed
- Single install script, run it twice (first run handles the root/UDISK migration, second run does everything else)
- Stripped out cartographer, KAMP and the other stuff I'm not using to keep it clean

Still a work in progress but it's been running stable on my end. Happy to hear if anyone hits issues or has suggestions.
