True story. Someone tried to nose into a parking space that I was backing into.
I was in Chicago Chinatown this afternoon with family. We found a perfect parking space right in front of a store that was about one and a half car lengths wide. I didn't think I could pull into it nose first so I pulled up and then started back into it. Sure enough the car behind me starts nosing into it so I just keep on backing up into the space until we're both both half in and half out. After about a 1 minute standoff the other person pulls away but I'm sure that person was plenty pissed. I said that I would not have fought anybody over the space and would have pulled away myself before too long. My nephew, sitting next to me said "I would have fought for that space."
