Would you rather live the first 30 years of your life in a Truman Show setup, or spend 10 years in a 24 hour time loop where only you retain your memories?

Option 1: The Truman Show (30 Years) Your entire life up to age 30 is a globally broadcast reality TV show. Everyone around you (family, friends, partners) are actors following a script. At age 30, the truth is revealed, and you gain total freedom, wealth/royalties from the show, and normal life going forward.

Option 2: The Time Loop (10 Years) You are stuck in a 24-hour time loop for 10 subjective years. Every midnight, the world resets. Everyone except you loses their memory and repeats their exact routine unless you directly intervene. You do not age physically during these 10 years, and once the 10 years are up, time resumes as normal.

Which psychological horror are you choosing?

What’s your favorite Phantom Troupe dynamic?

Mine has to be Phinks and Nobunaga. They genuinely feel like the most authentic gangsters in the Troupe. I love how Nobunaga ragebaits Phinks and constantly gets on his nerves during this ship hunt, They vibe like two old friends who love to talk trash but have each other's backs instantly

Kurapika was like "ah yes, a guy who just wants to test his strength"

It's hilarious because Kurapika's mindset is so pragmatic that he can't comprehend Hisoka's actual motives. Kurapika operates entirely on logic and strategy, so his brain has to simplify a chaotic, unpredictable weirdo into a basic shonen trope just to make sense of him

The only 4 Spiders we haven't seen in a Nen battle yet

who are you looking forward to the most?

It's illumi for me , zoldyks fights never disappoints

Did Kurapika actually know about Nen Exorcists, or was he just coping?

When Killua calls Kurapika to warn him about the Troupe searching for a Nen Remover, Kurapika claims he already expected it. But given how shocked and mentally broken he was after Yorknew, do you think he actually accounted for it, or was he just saving face because his ego wouldn't let him admit he messed up to Killua? If he knew, why didn't he set a condition against it?

Could Feitan just use his Pain Packer armor for regular defense?

We always see Feitan spawn his armor right before dropping Rising Sun to fry people. But could he just conjure the armor on demand at the start of a match to use as a regular shield?

Like if he's fighting a crazy fast physical opponent, can he just pop the suit to tank punches without even making the mini-sun?Think about how overpowered that would be. The armor literally absorbs thousands of degrees of heat from a miniature sun without getting a single scratch. If it has that much supernatural defense built into it, the armor should be completely indestructible against regular physical attacks or even offensive Nen abilities like Big Bang Impact or Phinks' Ripper Cyclotron.

Theory: Who Chrollo's target really is in the upcoming chapters

I’ve been thinking about who Chrollo's target really is right now. Hisoka definitely isn't his main focus, since his internal monologue implies that hisoka isn't his main concern. Since he is focusing on the Kakin treasures to boost his book. So that he can prepare for post mortem hisoka, but he is also ready if Hisoka encounters him , which means his alternate plan is probably to sacrifice himself with some post-mortem nen type shit to stop him.

Also, Chrollo likely doesn't know about Kurapika's presence on the ship, but I think he will soon since he is now in sound range to hear Kurapika's announcement through the speakers.

I think Chrollo's real target is connected to Beyond Netero. And he's not just guessing here , he's almost definitely using his stolen phone ability to pull this off

Think about how Love Dial 6700 (Disgusting Telephone) actually works. It forces you to type in highly specific traits to find an "ideal partner." It doesn't find people by name or face. Because of that rule, Chrollo could have typed in a crazy specific prompt like: "Find a Nen user onboard who knows Kakin security inside out and would benefit from helping me steal the treasures."

This matches Beyond Netero's faction perfectly. Beyond’s whole plan relies on wrecking the current Kakin setup so his hidden biological son can win the Succession War. If Chrollo uses the phone to find a match from Beyond's inner circle, their goals line up perfectly.

By helping Chrollo steal the Three Sacred Treasures (the things that power the Guardian Spirit Beasts), Beyond’s crew strips the other princes of their nen beasts protection. This turns the ship into a massive, unshielded civil war, clearing the path for Beyond's kid to take the throne while giving Chrollo the exact items he needs to upgrade his book.

What do you guys think?

Did the Zodiacs completely drop the ball with the ship security?

Think about it. Nen users are exactly like people walking onto a cruise ship carrying hidden weapons. If someone wanted to, they could use a Hatsu that could completely destroy the ship from the bottom up and kill all 200,000 people onboard. But instead, the Zodiacs did zero screening at the gates. Because of that, the entire Phantom Troupe just bought standard economy tickets and walked right past security like normal civilians.

They could have caught them easily. I know people will argue, "Well, the Troupe can just use Zetsu to hide their aura." But the Zodiacs are supposed to be top-tier masters handpicked by Netero. Remember when Ging met Gon at the World Tree? Even when Gon’s Nen was totally closed off, Ging could still feel his presence because his instincts are just that crazy.

Regular people leak a tiny bit of aura all the time. A high-level killer walking around in 100% full Zetsu would actually stand out like a total "dead zone" in a packed crowd. If the Hunter Association actually put some high-level Hunters at the doors to scan the line, they would have spotted them instantly.

Maybe the Kakin Royal Family just didn't care because the Nen from the Seed Urn ritual is too strong. Like, maybe they think the ship's walls are so heavily guarded by ancient Nen that an attack like Feitan’s Rising Sun wouldn't even leave a scratch. But even if the ship is indestructible, they still should have been way more careful. Rogue Nen users can easily slaughter thousands of innocent people before anyone can even react.

The Zodiacs were so busy stressing over Pariston and Beyond Netero that they let literal human weapons walk right past the front door. Is it just me, or is this a massive oversight on their part? What do you guys think?

Theory: Kurapika is biologically OLDER than Leorio now (and same age as Illumi)

Hear me out. I know canon says Emperor Time shaves off "lifespan," but what if it actually changes his biological age? After his 12 hour coma on the Black Whale and his fights in Yorknew, Kurapika has lost roughly 6 to 7 years of his life. If that time is being burned through his body right now, his physical age jumps from 19 to 26. That makes him biologically older than Leorio (21) and almost the same age as Illumi (24).If you think Nen can’t manipulate physical age like that, look at Gon vs. Pitou. Gon used a massive Nen vow to force his body to grow 30–40 years older instantly.Since we already know Nen contracts can manipulate time and physical growth for power, it makes total sense that Kurapika’s body is aging at a rapid cellular level every second Emperor Time is active. What do you guys think? Is his body secretly aging under the surface?

Chrollo is just as chaotic as Hisoka, he just does it with style

Was re-reading Chrollo's childhood flashback and realized something crazy , he never actually quit the theater. He just turned it into a weapon. Look at the panel where he says, "I'll live the rest of my life as a villain." He’s literally choosing a villain role to play because that's what the world needs to fear . He literally stepped out of the dubbing booth and onto a global stage.

Honestly, looking at his motives, Chrollo has way more of that philosophical Joker energy than Hisoka does. Hisoka wears the clown makeup, but he's really just a thrill seeker looking for personal pleasure and a good fight. He's simple. Chrollo is the one actually trying to project chaos onto the world, he just wraps it in high art.

He treats his entire life like a performance, straight up telling Hisoka "style is more important than winning" because the aesthetic of the kill matters more to him than a quick victory. Look at how he executes that Mafia assassin in Yorknew. He didn't just snap his neck , he whipped out Indoor Fish to turn a basic execution into a whole theatrical horror show. Even Neon’s prophecy poem tells him to enjoy the "Interlude" in the chambers, which is literally a theater term for a pause between acts.

When he fights Hisoka, he treats Heavens Arena like a stage, uses the crowd as props, and dictates the exact script of how Hisoka dies before the curtain even goes up. He is so obsessed with the performance that even now on the Black Whale, he is actively scripting his next major move behind the scenes. Look at chapter 406 ,he isn't just mindlessly hunting Hisoka ,he's orchestrating a massive national treasure heist to evolve his book and even set up a scenario where the Spider thrives even if the lead actor dies. He treats his own life like a replaceable role in a massive production.

Gon’s morality is genuinely unhinged when you actually think about it

was thinking about how Gon’s brain works and it’s honestly kind of terrifying how his morality is set up. He doesn’t really care if a villain is evil. To him, bad guys are just a natural part of the world, like a wild animal or a storm. He doesn’t judge them for killing because he just assumes they were born without emotions, so he doesn't take it personally. Think about Binolt on Greed Island. The guy was a literal serial killer, but because he helped them train, Gon literally thanked him and let him walk away. In Gon's head, Binolt was just a bad guy doing his job, so there was no reason to hold a grudge. But the exact second a villain shows actual human emotion, Gon completely loses his mind. Like with Nobunaga. The Troupe slaughtered a whole clan and thousands of innocents, and Gon was chill. But the moment Nobunaga started crying over Uvogin, Gon snapped. It’s like it frustrated him because it ruined his logic. He realized, "Wait, you actually understand grief and love, but you still choose to murder people?" The hypocrisy is what triggers him, not the actual evil. But then he completely contradicts himself later. In the Chimera Ant arc, the ants are literally eating human kids and Gon treats it like nature. But then he gets pissed off at them just for calling their own teammate garbage? Like bro... they are eating babies and you're mad about team chemistry? His brain just works so differently from a normal shonen MC. He doesn't care if you're a monster to the world, but the second you break his weird internal logic, he wants to destroy you.
