DINK couple, we earn a combined of abt 20k and we’re looking at cheaper and older used cars just for point A-to-B. Reliability and comfort is more important to us. We’ve narrowed down on a 3.5 year old Mazda 3 mild hybrid with 40,000km (Astina trim) for 116k (feels steep…) but have a couple questions -
- How’s the ride quality and reliability of this model? I heard it’s quite underpowered even compared to other models in the same class.
- Are there ways to sus out if a car is an ex-PHV? Am also curious why the mild hybrid line seems quite expensive.
- Any alternative recs?
I see the brand new showroom model is close to 200k, basically a BMW 1 series price liao sia
TIA!
