High heart rate

Hi,
I’ve been running regularly for over a year now (3–5 times a week; I only skipped workouts while on vacation). Before, I was able to run 10–15 km at around a 6:20/km pace.
In April 2025, I ran a half marathon in 2:08. In September 2025, I ran 2:05 (i didn’t feel good that day). After that, I got a Runna subscription, and by the end of October I ran 1:59. My latest PB was in March 2026: 1:53 (I also didn’t feel my best that day because I couldn’t sleep the night before.)

During all of these races, my watch usually showed an HR around 175–190 bpm.
What concerns me is that currently my easy pace is around 7:50–8:00/km at 125–135 bpm, but when I run 6:20/km my HR goes up to 160–170 bpm.
I know Garmin measurements are not perfectly accurate, but when I compare myself to other runners with similar race times, my HR seems relatively high. I am progressing over time, but my HR is the same all the time. I’m doing easy runs, intervals, etc., but nothing really seems to change.
Am I missing something, or is this still within the normal range?
