Close the covenant house! It smells like piss, they let the homeless “children” who actually are adults between the ages of 18-24 roam the streets, they piss and throw garbage and have sex. they loiter on private property and have sex near the beach parking lot and even outside the covenant house. i once saw a woman who was a guest of a resident trying to take down a parking sign and also scream at passerby. it’s gross and devalues the whole area of North Beach Village. that place needs to go to oakland park or lauerdale lakes . they need to clean up the beach in the whole central area it's turning so ghetto when it could be so nice, same thing where primanti bros, and where the two people were killed in march on the steps where hooters is. so sad that FTL can’t control the population but getting rid of the crackden known as Covenant House would be great. rewarding homeless drug addicts and young broke ghetto moms a place by the beach doesn’t help anyone.
