Whelp the nightmare happened. UPS had marked my Secret Lair festival in a box package as delivered but didn’t actually deliver anything. I can’t even file a claim with UPS because of how WOTC chooses to ship them and only they can open a claim and file an investigation. I’ve already contacted WOTC customer support via ticket but don’t expect to hear back from them for 4-6 weeks. Has this happened to anyone else before and what was the end result? Did Wizards send a replacement order or tell you tough cookies?
