Intimate Home Concerts In NY/NJ/PA

We’re exploring a different kind of live music experience in the NY/NJ/PA area.

Not large auditoriums. Not noisy event halls. Not background music.

Theorshan is an emerging chamber concert initiative focused on intimate live performances in homes and small spaces — where artists and audiences can share music up close, without distance.

Our inaugural gathering will feature a jugalbandi-style collaboration between Violinist Sandhya Anand and Sitsrist Partha Chatterjee in a carefully curated home-concert setting. Date TBD

We’re currently looking to connect with people who may be interested in:

  • hosting future intimate concerts in their homes or community spaces
  • supporting meaningful live music experiences
  • building small listening communities around Indian classical, fusion, devotional, and contemporary acoustic music

The idea is simple: Create evenings where 20–50 people can gather for deep listening, conversation, and human connection through music.

If this resonates with you — especially if you’ve ever wished concerts felt more personal and immersive — we’d love to hear from you.

You can learn more about the vision at the Theorshan website (Theorshan.com ) and reach out through the contact form there. We’d especially love to hear from potential hosts, collaborators, artists, and listeners interested in helping build a thoughtful live music community in the region.

Ancient vision. Modern sound.
