CRT - Tier Determination
Hello! The performance year just ended. The snapshot tool says 90% of my hours were primarily acknowledged and some were system-acknowledged.
The ratings are mixed of Above and beyond, Impressive, Doing what's expected and doing it well, Need more time to observe, and inconsistently meeting expectations.
The inconsistently meeting expectations is 0.3% or 0.003 of the acknowledged and system-acknowledged hours.
While, 93.60% are also mixed of Above and beyond, Impressive, and doing what's expected - with this, being the highest (85%, the rest are above and beyond and impressive)
The reviewer who provided the inconsistently meeting expectations told me that I don't have any performance issues and he's happy with my overall performance, there's just an area for development. This is what he said when he was asked by my development leader.
When it was system-acknowledged, I became too stressed about this i.e. getting a Tier 4 because of that one inconsistently meeting expectations.
