We provide the **qualified leads** and the **automated dialer**—you focus on dialing, pitching, and closing.
# 💰 Compensation & Scaling
We believe in rewarding results. Your base salary scales as you hit your first milestones.
* **Scalable Base Salary:** Starts at $150 USD/month. Hit a target of just 30 room nights in a month, and your base salary increases to **$250 USD**.
* **Monthly Commissions (Uncapped):**
* **100 – 200 Nights:** $0.50 per night *(Example: 100 nights = $50 bonus)*
* **201 – 300 Nights:** $1.00 per night *(Example: 250 nights = $250 bonus)*
* **301+ Nights:** $1.50 per night *(Example: 400 nights = $600 bonus)*
**The Reality:** Our average agents consistently book 170+ nights. Top performers are taking home **$800+ USD** total per month.
# 📋 Requirements (Read Carefully)
* **Cold Calling Experience is MANDATORY.** If you do not have a background in high-volume outbound sales, please do not apply.
* **High Volume:** You must be comfortable handling **200+ calls per shift** via an automated system.
* **US Business Hours:** You must be available to work full-time during US time zones.
