It’s simple… add lemon juice. Seems obvious and silly but give it a try if you struggle w/ water intake.

Get in the habit of having lemons in your house at all times. Every time you pour a glass of water, add some lemon juice to it. I PROMISE YOU that you’ll find yourself finishing the whole glass/ bottle, and pouring yourself another.

I randomly started doing this in January because I wasn’t drinking nearly enough water/day. Now, I drink 2 full Stanley’s or more all because I added a little something. I literally haven’t had plain water in months lol. Sounds insane but it’s true. Adding the lemon juice makes me want to keep drinking water and them BOOM all of the sudden my water bottle is empty! Hell ya.

Everyone I share this with always says “wow so healthy of you!”

TBH I’m not even doing it for health reasons. That’s just a bonus factor.

And sure you can also add some flavored powder shit instead, but who knows what’s actually in that?! Much easier and more natural to use lemon juice.

I even precut my slices and keep them in the fridge because I’m all about convenience.

This might also seem crazy, but now bring a mason jar of lemon juice for the week and keep it in my lunch box so I stay hydrated throughout the day.

If you try this out and it’s a success, let me know and spread the word.

P.S. when I work out, I add a dash of salt to my lemon water and it’s basically a homemade ‘liquid IV’.
